Overall it was great. Katelynn could not have been better. My only issue was that it took a lot longer to process than originally planned but in the end, it all worked out.
If you want fast, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly refinancing experience, I would go to Jeffrey Konkolewski and the Nations Lending team.
