Great communication and andweeted answered all
my questions
Poor communication to complete in timely manner. Extra fees incurred due to this. Locked in interest rate expired costs us additional because of this.

Katelynn made herself available whenever we had a question. She made sure that the process was transparent and we knew what was happening every step of the way.
Katie was wonderful! Quickness in getting loan processed. Returned calls promptly and answered all questions. I will refer to some friends and family for sure.
