Better communication about the process and how the application was going. It would’ve been a lot less confusing/irritating for everyone if nick would just CALL people on the PHONE instead of nonstop texting/emailing.
Better, more detailed communication. Upfront details to prevent from last minute confusion and frustration. Reaching out to client with updates throughout process without client having to ask first.
