Attentive, thorough, and timely. We felt supported through the whole process and Clint was great at explaining the various aspects of lending we were unfamiliar with.

Very transparent about costs and how things might shift.
Very open about what was feasible for us based on what we wanted.
Wasy application. Startees with Scott Bogart, who I worked with on an Arizona purchase, and he handed me over to Nick for an Illinois purchase. Both very knowledgeable and helpful.
