Up to the day of closing, the loan papers represented the wrong plan of a mortgage assistance program, which I didn't qualify for. I didn't get a final number and had to bring more to closing, because of not knowing.
Overall experience ok however was frustrated with number times documents changed and re-signing needed to be completed. Plus recieved confusing letter from corporate office stating incorrect dates.Shelly was very helpful but not sure about...
