Communication and ability to electronically Sighn most documents.
Christine ,knew I was upset about an issue, she was very calm, talked to my realtor, we sorted it out and she just made me feel comfortable.

Lori took time to explain everything, communicated clearly what is needed, her staff were all helpful and responsive.
