Betty was always quick to follow up snd keep us on track, and helpful with questions. She even did research to help us choose between home equity line or a "bridge loan". She was fantastic.

I had an amount on hold for a week and thing to buy a house someone told me the wrong date when the hold would be off but thankfully I got taken care of by Kaci who got the hold off and was so kind. Thank goodness and God bless
