Sue is absolutely amazing!!! She keeps you informed every step of the way and makes things as smooth as possible. I wouldnt want to do this with out Sue in my corner. I couldn't have done this without her!

Sue Miller is very personable, friendly, professional, patient, helpful!! Absolutely no complaints in working with her. Thanks much to Sue and National Exchange!!

Sue walked us through a very challenging process with determination and professionalism. We never felt we were ignored or out of the loop when dealing with multiple participants. We are very happy with the outcome. Thank You Sue and NE

Sue is amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions and walked us through this experience. She stopped in on our closing and gave us yellow roses. That meant the world to me!! (I recently lost my brother to Sarcoma cancer-yellow...

She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I got the house in my dreams. She did whatever she had to do to get it done.

Sue was very kind throughout the process, outrageous underwriter requests would keep me from recommending National Exchange Bank in the future, this does not reflect negatively on Sue Miller.

Sue was super friendly, easy to work, resppnded quickly to any questions I had

Sue provided great advise on product options and coached us on the process. We had a snag along the way that she went above and beyond to resolve. You can't ask for more. Thanks Sue!

Staff was very helpful, speedy, courteous and comunicative with myself and the Montello branch in calculating the required payment to payoff our loan early today.
