Rory was great to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way.
The entire team's prompt engagement and Rory's concise explanation of my questions & concerns as to how the mortgage and rate process works sealed it for me.
They did a great job! A few hiccups but were resolved making the experience pleasant!
Rory did a great job communicating but the mail away closing could have been handled better so that funds where not delayed for 4 days when it was expected to be an overnight delivery.
Look forward to working again together as soon as possible!
