I could not recommend Fred enough talk about making it easy for you. He takes the wheel and does absolutely everything and just asks you a couple questions. Easiest guy you will ever work with fast and thorough as well.

Jay has excellent communication. He is always reachable, quick to respond, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He makes it easy and I’ll gladly work with him again.
