Brad responded immediately, he and his other loan originator Kelly kept in contact, help me access things I would never have been able to find, went above and beyond helping move my loan through so I could close earlier than planned.
I never heard from the lender on this transaction. Zero communication. The transaction closed without issue, which is always a good thing. Step up the communication to the whole team.
