Guys, I have to throw some love out to Movement Mortgagegage…more importantly our friend Ryan Richardson who made the final steps of our dream become a reality. Here’s Why- {I hope you read this all the way <3}Big purchases aren’t my thing. It literally stops me in my tracks (I know some of you feel me on this). We had to sell a house AND buy a house at the same time which meant we needed BOTH CLOSINGS to happen back to back on the same day because we have 4 kids and 2 dogs. Ryan started working with us before our house went on the market. He took the time to go over our credit with us and he mentored us in what we could do to improve so we were in the best possible position. He answered ALL of our questions in a timely fashion anytime we asked one and his communication was clear and concise…never once did we feel confused or mislead. I don’t know about you but when it comes to my money and my family’s security I need it to be black and white…no gray midsection. When we were ready to list the house, and start looking he took our information and got us a stable pre-qualification. Once again, we knew exactly what we were working with AND we knew based on the cost of any house we considered what the monthly payments would look like. We sold our house on August 8th and the buyer needed a 30 day closing. Chris & I still didn’t have a home purchased and time was now of the essence. A little over a week later we went under contract with a home to purchase…We left Ryan & his company with only 14 DAYS to close us on a mortgage. My anxiety was insane I thought for sure we were going to have to live in a hotel or my in-laws for 2-3 weeks while the mortgage company did their thing---you know all those checks and signing names in blood with a unicorn tale?NOPE- Movement Mortgage OPENED & CLOSED our mortgage and home in 14 DAYS. I almost didn’t believe it. Ryan was in constant contact with the title company, our realtor, the inspectors, and anyone else (including us) non-stop. He had everything handled and because he prepped us there was very little for us to do.The 1 thing I thought I would worry about the most, I actually didn’t worry about at all. He handled everything for us and it was FLAWLESS.My favorite part was that Ryan came to our closing in his bright pink sneakers. It meant a lot to me that the guy who helped us from the very start was there to see this through with us. He had all his paperwork completed and we closed on our dream home in less than 30 minutes (and it was an estate).If you are thinking about buying a home I HIGHLY recommend Ryan and Movement Mortgage. If you’ve been working on a dream these are the people you want in your corner. If you think it might be impossible- reach out to him- he can put you in the right direction and you’ll never be misguided. #dreamguides they exist. I know this first hand.

He kept us up to date the whole time and was very patience with us when we kept asking tons of questions. He explained everything to us such as why we need these papers and at closing explained what each paper was that I was signing.
Ryan was awesome. He worked with me even though my situation was very unique and challenging. He got everything done on time and was always helpful and friendly.
Ryan was wonderful to work with! Was on point! Kept us informed every step of the way. Worked very hard to get a loan closed super fast less than 30 days. Worked during business hours, at night and on his day off to make sure things went smoothly....
