Shetika Pope went above and beyond for clients that could not read simple documents. She can handle low scores and even no scores! ;) How patient, kind and Professional she is! I would refer her a million times over!

There was a lack of communication when deadlines were missed they didn't call back when requested simple tasks were overly complicated there was no accountability and I was blamed for things they were responsible for this was the worst closing...
