Chase made it super easy on us despite some things we didn't quite prepare for he made it very easy to understand and was able to work with us to help us get our first home!

One aspect i appreciate was the continuous use of a single email chain. This simplifies communication so there's no needles back and forth. Another aspect was the speed at which everything was handled.
