Overall had a great experience. My only feedback is the communication. Some of my questions regarding my loan were left unanswered and I had to repeat some of the questions asked to me multiple time.

This was a contingent offer and so it had 2 homes relying on a successful close. Elwood moved quickly on the appraisal andhad the file ready to close when the contingent house closed.

Elwood is really wonderful to work with. I'm a several time repeat customer with him. He makes the process very easy and he is a great communicator. I trust him with my information. I wouldn't recommend him.!!!
