There was a lot of paperwork requirements that I have not experienced in the past when purchasing property. It seemed like there was always a document or more information required by the underwriters.

There seemed to have poor communication between the sellers and their realtor. We were hearing one thing and the sellers had no idea. They didn't even know we were closing with a POA. Just felt a little uncomfortable.

Monument was excellent. Experience with underwriter was nothing short of disappointing. Never had the resubmitting of documents for ridiculous reasons before. Will gladly recommend Monument. Wont recommend TD Bank ever
