Bruce was super easy to work with and was always letting me know what I needed to do ahead of time.
Very easy and not too creazy
Working with Bruce was easy. I received all the information I needed and he and his team made sure we had a super smooth closing!
It wasn't you guys that made it ok
It was other factors
Closing cost is high and if we don’t do escrow they charge me $550 it’s my choice to do not to charge from you guys.every penny count .
The amount of people coming together to make this purchase work was coordinated well. I never felt left out of the process throughout the time.
He is very professional and very friendly person , we try with to many loan people befor Bruce but when we deal with him everything went smooth and we bought our dream home in no time
