Sellers had a short window for closing and Movement was able to meet that window. The sellers accepted my offer higher offers because of Movements ability to get a deal done in time.

one single point of contact, who knew the answers versus interacting with five different people who would give us conflicting answers to simple questions like the amount of money to close. Second a notary should've been set up for us instead...
