The process is not as hard as I thought it woukd be. Joshua is an excellent officer clearly explained every thing In very simple terms and made the process really smooth .

He was so reassuring after a terrible experience with another broker (different bank). He was always honest, clear, helpful, and expedited things to keep us from losing the house that we had already made an offer on. Superb service!
