Everyone was very communicative & were always willing to answer any question I had. Everything was done in a timely manner and I never felt out of the loop. I loved the weekly updates!
We got transferred from person to person. There wasn't consistent communication from start to finish. Got told our emails went into a junk file thus unanswered quickly. Would prefer to begin and end with one person!
It was a very easy experience for first time home buyers!
