Everything Mitchell promised he would do , he did with a friendly tone and expediency. He ALWAYS responded and had an answer to every and any questions I had. If you look up "commitment to service" I'm sure his picture would be there.

More consistent communication would have been better. On many occassions I was calling for updates and status and would appreciate a more proactive and higher frequency of communication, especially when under contract with a nervous first time...

I want to take Mr. PATTERSON personally because he took a fatherly approach and I don't have my own father so I have somebody to be able to sit down and help me with this was perfect and I will always remember him
