Lindsey was great to work with! She always answered her calls/texts snd with any questions I had. Would refer her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a mortgage .

With the exception of Lindsey, communication was poor. Once the process was handed off to her staff, it often required multiple calls or emails to obatin an answer. Also, being the in house lender, rates weren't great.
Lindsey and her team regularly kept us apprised of all things we needed to do and sign along the way, how our application was progressing and where rates stood at any given time. When we had a question, the response was quick and appropriate....
