Lindsey, Kim and Ms. Mavis did a great job. BUT Movement mortgage has a process that the underwriter can become a bully when asking for documentation. it went beyond due diligence. For that reason, it's 7 for me.
One of the great things that made my experience so great with Lindsey. Was her communication and her unlimited efforts to make sure that I understood everything that was being processed.
Lindsey and team communicated very well throughout the entire process. I felt seen, heard and cared about. JOB WELL DONE.
