Communication was near impossible, a text sent would be responded to with an email. An email sent would not be responded to because email is a too hard to keep up with. Worked with her roughly 9 months and we were not sent a rate sheet one...

Just a specific person can be more genuine, less pushy and more communication skills. Others were the opposite less pushy good communication skills. Number 1 thing companies have to remember, 1st time buyers have less knowledge before hand...
