The experience was chaotic. Too many people and repeating or not getting correct information. Had original rep go on vacation. The assistant..Taylor coukd not reached by phine numerous times. She was confusing in email response and chaotic....

More communication and clear communication. I found out i was clsoing the daty of closing. Heard from loan officer when the process started and not again until i got the call that I was closing that day.
