    The people that's involved will try to answer any question you got. An do not get upset with you no matter how annoying you can get they understand how nerve racking the whole process can be.

    Better communication between the loan officer and the other officers working at movement. Being a first time home buyers i would have liked to have been educated by the loan officers on my different options and the documentation I was signing....
