Renate was with us every step of the way. She was prompt in replying to all questions. When we ran into snags she was there with brilliant options. Without her we would not have been able to buy a home!
Jonathan kept open lines of communication and always made sure I knew what was going on. He got me better rates then I had before, and a better loan overall.
Ben was awesome simply put. He was helpful with all of my questions the last 1.5 years and I am very great full. Amie is amazing also and she certainly deserves kudos for going above and beyond.
Chris made it a point to be available at all times for any questions and providing us with updated information. Nights and weekends didn't matter, he did a great job.
