Nicole went above and beyond to make this process easy and stress free! She was great!! She was always able to answer any questions we had, and if she didn't have the answer she would find it!
There was a few weeks delay in responding to my initial questions, which I needed answers to help me decide to accept the loan. Also, there were a few last minute requests from the lender and title company that could have been avoided.
Ben & Rachel's help made this the easiest home buying process I've ever experienced. I will continue to recommend Ben and Caliber to everyone.
John was very helpful and was always quick to help and answer any questions or concerns I had. Buying my first house was a little nerve wracking but John made it very smooth and a pleasant experience!
