There was a lot of communication from the team. They clarified all the doubts I had.

Keith was quick and courteous and got our military buyers approved when their credit union couldn’t. We had a quick closing on a great house for them and everyone is happy!

The number of signatures required was over the top, including an initial on every single page. If you wanted our close attention, those should be sent before closing. And we had to sign on closing things we had already signed before to get...

Not having the mountain of paperwork to sign at closing which included everything we had previously designed. Plus there was the twenty page document we had to initial on every page
