    Overall this was our best experience doing a loan yet. Bill was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was always available or would return a call quickly. He made this a great experience!

    It was fast and quick, everything was explained upfront. Everything was done online, which is great for me since I am an at risk person. I was unsure of I would be able to refinance, but Bill really took care of me!

    Long history of ball drops- no response the only reason I stayed with movement was to get my wife the house she wanted never again and Bill needs to take a long hard look at this entire story end to end worse mortgage experience in my life
