    Communication and closing was good. There was a lot of information and documents that I needed to provide but it was to be expected and fairly easy to do electronically.

    Susan is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I always felt like I could ask her any and all questions. She was very pleasant to work with, and I would definitely recommend her to anybody that needs mortgage services.
