    Communication and working with a team that cares. Thought the mortgage process would be the worst part but it ended up being the easiest. I hope for our next home to work with Shane again. Fingers crossed she isn’t retired by then!

    Overall process was excellent. The closing team however presented several miscalculations - one very glaring one which I found. Quality control at that stage seemed to be absent. Communication in general was excellent.
