She single handedly made things happen. Considering my realtor was a little green she carried things the rest of the way and answered every question.
The amount of documentation required for a refi where I was paying down 50% additional principal was unwarranted. The excuse was that the underwriters would need it, but it just seemed like overkill for a loan that was clearly low risk.
