Darrell was very organized with the whole process & answered any questions right away. He was always available if we needed anything. It was a smooth easy process to re-finance with him. Very nice guy.
I enjoyed the ease of managing everything through emails or the app with the ability to grab a phone call with Kevin if needed. He was able to answer all our questions and helped us figure out the first-time refinance process.
