There was no changing of terms like some other mortgage companies, the terms that were presented from Kevin stayed consistent.
The constant and fluid communication was amazing, all my question were answered right away and emails we responded to almost immediately! As a first time home buyer evrrything was very smooth!
More communication would have been good. It felt as if we were pushing for information sometimes.
