Kevin kept the line of communications open and walked us through the process every step of tue way to make it a very easy, seamless experience. The application used to upload docs and track status of the loan worked great.
Darrell helped explain everything and answer all of my questions thoroughly. The other lender that quoted the refinance for me just gave a quote without any explanation. Their rate was lower, but I went with you because of Darrell.
