Tim was very detail oriented and got me a mortgage after another lender failed. We had to setup an escrow account to fill in a dilapidated pool which was involved. I really appreciated all of Tim's effort getting the loan closed.
Honestly? There's no words to explain how fast and diligent John worked with my loan!! I was suppose to close September 11th , but John worked fast and was able to close August 31st. I would strongly recommend John to any first time home buyers....
