I had a number of unusual circumstances that required a lot of extra work. Ryan kept pushing forward until we received final approval. He was extremely patient and helped me maneuver through the process with expert guidance.
More communication from Jo. We had several delays. While still painful, I would have preferred that Jo keep me in the loop of what was happening instead of my finding out from others.
