John was great and made the process of buying a home for the first time as easy as possible! He was always available to answer my questions no matter if it was after hours or on the weekends.
Tenacity with details. Consistent reminders of things that must be done ASAP. Knows the system and is able to use it to the buyers advantage to keep prices/interest rates at a minimum.
