John got us locked it at a great rate just in time and the process was smooth from beginning to end.
Mike was very knowledgeable and informed me of several options that were possible. He took the time out to get to know me and know what I wanted for my future. I plan to do more business with Mike Byars in the future.
Tim was amazingly responsive. Available almost 24/7 and always happy to take my call and answer questions.
