Poor communication throughout the entire process - important information was not documented in writing. Final paperwork was not sent to settlement. Responses to emails were unprofessional at times.
Everything was terrific. Ron and the team would answer us very quickly every time we reached out. They really helped us learn a lot throughout the entire process and we are very grateful for going through the home buying experience with NFM....
