Chris himself was very friendly, personable, and open to explaining the process of applying for a mortgage. He was also very helpful throughout the process and was fine slowing down to explain steps and paperwork.
Personally Ron was good and his peers was not very helpful and there is no proper communication, I need to followup every time when there is a need, they are not reachable on the phone for most of the time, it always goes to voicemail. I believe,...
