Dana was amazing!
Always available and responsive to questions. Did not drown me in jargon but put things into terms I could understand and action against. Really appreciated ability to bounce ideas off Dana and team as we got closer to closing.
Ron and team were incredible with helping to make sure our loan went through and we were able to close on time. The only problem I had was how long our file was under review with the underwriters.
