It was the easiest lending experience of my life. I've done this three times now, all with different lenders, and this was the smoothest.
Smooth process, some minor hiccups but worked with us
got to closing smoothly no issues leading into it.
It was rough and felt rushed gathering paperwork but I got through it with my relator
