Didn't communicate on a timely basis that the appraisal was reduced due to underwriting. It was difficult to get a clear explaination as to exactly why. My realtor wasn't informed either. The gentleman (Aaron I think) & Shannon were great.

Ron was exceptional with his prompt response to all requests, even on weekends. Jeanne was always very friendly and, even when down to the wire, reassured us that this is the normal process.
Everything was great. There was some back and forth about missing signatures on documents that were not sent, but once the team had my email , they were abke to sent everything over properly.
The team was super diligent and knowledgeable throughout the process and guided me when I needed help!
