I was told by another lender after being pre-qualified and 2 weeks to closing that I was too "complicated" to be on the loan and my co signer should just do the loan themself. Jeremy spoke with me and quickly knew the way forward and his team...

the team communicated very well. for a first time home buyer I didn't feel lost in the process the team was always willing to answer all my questions amd concerns. I appreciate all the work they did to get us to the finish line.

Everything was quick and Jeremy and his team relieved much of the stress of of our shoulder and kept everything on thing and flowing smoothly for a quick and smooth closing on our dream home
