Katy was great to work with!
Katy was amazing to work with! As a first time home buyer she answered all my questions without me even asking. Everyone has been so nice and helpful, I couldn’t recommend Flat Brand enough to anyone!

Great organization! Very easy to work with. Renee kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and gave realistic time tables for document submissions, reviews, and determinations. I highly recommend Flat Branch Mortgage and Renee!
