The teller staff in Mason is a revolving door. Because of this their experience is lacking and not very helpful.
The new drive through with glorified ATMs is horrible...I think I'll be moving my accounts soon.

They have great service- plus for a community bank, they have all the technology I need. I can deposit checks from my phone and I rarely actually have to go into the bank, which is great when I am out of town.
I just want to say thank you for being there for us. Our whole family uses Dart Bank from as long as I can remember. Dart Bank will always be my primary bank, they are all such great people.
Jamie Davis was the best worker /teller in this bank ... since he left the bank sucks. He was a very helpful and understandable person. Now nobody on that department specially on loan department know nothing. They are more in pushing the costumers...

Tellers have always been helpful and kind to me in the last 17 years I have been a bank customer. Perhaps dissatisfied customers should learn business decorum.
They post your debits and hold your deposits. Huge intentional fees. Used to be a great bank. Now theyre criminals.
