I ever felt like there was any atempt to make sure I received the lowest interest rate. In a time of rising interest rates, that did not seem to be important to Silverton Mortgage.

Reid was really good about communication, and tried to get us to lock in a rate before they went up. We also were able to get the Silverton Secure so we had an approval letter before we found a home. THat proved key to our process
