There is a major lack of communication with this team. I started out working with Kate W. and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions and was on top of everything. Once she left the team, I felt like just a number.
Kyndle kept the entire process moving without delay or confusion. She was easily reachable and a pleasure to work with.
Communication was just not there. I was very unhappy with the whole transaction.
When it got down the very end....I was anxious, I really didn't know what to expect! Each phone call was calm, quaint, and very smooth. It's our first home, we thought it would never happen, and here we are, HOME OWNERS!!! Thanks so much!
